Getting to Trinity College

Trinity College Dublin is located in the heart of Dublin.


The City Centre is conveniently located approximately 10km south of Dublin Airport. You can get to the City Centre by bus, taxi, or car.

By bus: 

Dublin bus (Route 747 or 757, approximately 40 minutes, €7 one way / € 12 return) Click here for timetables

By taxi:

Taxi's are available from outside the arrivals terminal, and will cost approximately €20-€25.

By car: 

There are a number of different car rental companies at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 including Hertz, Budget, Avis, Europcar and Enterprise. Exit the Airport and take the M1 Motorway to Dublin City Centre.

Getting to the Science Gallery

The science gallery is most easily accessed from the main gates of Trinity college or the Pearse Street entrance.

The conference will take place on the 2nd floor of the science gallery, and there will be signage and conference personnel available on the day to guide you to the venue.
